This page is used to retrieve the new password for a learner in case he forgets his existing password. Learner needs to enter his login name or email ID in the space provided (one of them being a mandatory field). The learner will receive a mail after entering the valid email-ID or login name. The learner has to click on the link provided in the mail to get the new password. The learner will receive another mail with an auto generated password .The auto generated password will be a combination of alpha-numeric characters .The password can be changed by the learner once he log on using his login name and auto generated password.
In case of invalid email ID or Login name, a pop up message will be displayed explaining him about the issue.
Click on “Cancel” button to return to the login Page.
